@royamr if I remember correctly in Japanese culture and folk lore the moon has a pretty big significance that I can't remember any of. But I did notice that when Oscar saw the house and when Flora first showed up to it the moon was big and clear in the sky while in this page the moon was obscured.

When typing this I remembered reading a comic where there was a yokai bar that was accessible to the human world only at night and when sun came up the guy was stuck in the bar until night came. I think one of the characters said that the divide between the two worlds was weakest at night allowing Yokai to travel between them more easily.
