@Benjansss I think it's meant to be a tiny poof to represent the hamster hugging her face. He's trying his best but he can only manage a little hug.

Pretty sure she started by calling him "a creepy cat" which just changed into calling him "Creepy Cat" and finally she just shortened it to "Creepy" which can also be spelt "Creepie". I just us "Creepy" because it looks better in the font I use.

Also before this comic was picked up the original name of the Creepy Cat was "Meawbin". I think the only reason they didn't keep the name was because they publisher wanted to differentiate between the old works and the new series.
