Both are Alternate History slang, so apologies. There are significant crossover elements in storytelling between Isekai and "Alien Space Bat"-style AltHist, so its fairly well used elsewhere. The Alternate History and SpaceBattles forums' fiction communities notably.
ISOT is short for S.M Stirling's "Island in the Sea of Time" book. Nowadays its generally used to denote a fiction where locations, nations etc are displaced across time and/or space to other places or worlds.
SI is Self Insert, description obvious. The protagonist starting the plot of the story in their own or another person's fiction as a notable -named- character is using an SI plot device.

I think the chinese of the mainland have a hidden love for Dino Crisis 2. There were some good DC2 doujin I have seen on several sites, its Chinese translated.
