This might take place in the same universe as The Life of Ichabod, not sure. Obviously Marquis looks kind of similar to Ichabod, but Tanda also shows up for real.
I wanted to like it for that reason alone, but couldn't bring myself to. I like it conceptually, but it does a lot less with that concept than I'd like. It tries to be philosophical, but it feels like they spend more time on sexually aggressive femboys than anything else.
Like Gokko, it follows a Western four-act structure. Also like Gokko, the last two acts may be worth the price of admission for you, if you can stomach getting there.
