to be fair, it's been at least a decade since they last saw each other, and people tend to look different in their teens/adulthood than when they were 5 or so.

but, I feel like they act like they never had a son. and the fact he's not even trying to claim to be her brother and their son. says a lot about how deeply wounded he is. even if he's set to leave after.

@I_Am No matter what you should be able to recognize your own child. It’s one thing for his dumbass sister to not remember him, but his parents? Nah that’s fucked no matter how much time has passed there is no excuse for how they have acted

in novels, many parents can recognize their own son even if he was disfigured and looks like another person... in this they cant even find him familiar at all? wtf?
