Custom Forum Title [Rejected]

Would it be possible to allow us to set a custom forum title? This would be a normal white text without a background color title underneath our username but above the site title if we have one.

We discussed it a bit before release, and again recently, and we still don't really like the idea of it at the moment (for various reasons, the main one being that we don't want people to engage in a competition for the most obnoxious custom title they can think of; same reason for why signatures are explicitly disabled).

Thus not planned until further notice.
