you can get rid of the fullscreen undismissable adblock-block. open developer tools/f12 (may have to do so though the top right menu) f12 is finikey) then scroll to the bottom and delete the entire element labeled "mwinha-blanket".

The anti-Adblock on their website literally reacts to default Safari content blockers. That is NOT normal. Either the website is a disguised data fisher, or the admins have absolutely ZERO idea what they are doing. Either way, the website is not safe, so just use an aggregator.
