Aren't fidget spinners in the $15 dollar range? Doesn't that stop counting as a dagashi at that point? Sure, it makes sense to sell them since they can also attract customers to buy other stuff, but they've already heavily debated what counts as a dagashi for that dipping stick thing.
@spurgleburgle Dagashi are snacks, and the price range debate applies to those. Toys are a different story.
The kendama Tou bought in early volumes were actually just a little cheaper than that.
Never really did understand how fidget spinner boomed.
Tamiya cars, super yoyos, beyblades, crushgears, bdamans etc. I get, but the spinners popularity is an enigma to me.
@goodhunter From what I know the last chapter of the series has released almost one year ago. And take in consideration that this chapter 156 of 186, it leaves 30 chapters, in other words 30 weeks approximately.
I would estimate that this chapter is about 1 year and a half old to almost 2 years. Then, I think fidget spinners were still trendy back then.
