no one said they "hate" male characters. But, that this character is interesting because they have to use their wits to defeat the enemy. If it were a male characters they'd likely put in the "brute force" category and make for a less interesting story.
People don't have to like genres and if you want to ask a question just leave with the question following it with assumptions and name calling digresses from whatever point you may have been trying to make.
