Correct. I suspect that at least part of the reason she's hardly ever compatible these days is the Servant who she's fused with being a huge dick about it (not going to say their name in case you haven't completed the Camelot Singularity yet); them being a butthole is the entire reason she has to switch to an entirely new model and moveset when the Lostbelt arc starts.

I already know who the servant is she fused with (through countless of spoilers) but didn't know he can be a dick XD

Oh, in that case, I'll give you the condensed version.
Galahad isn't exactly fused to her voluntarily; He was summoned by Chaldea and would have just given them the finger and fucked off, but if he had done so Mash would have died right then and there. So he fused with her as a Demiservant to keep her alive, but refused (initially) to allow her access to any of his abilities. Once the Singularities are resolved, he cuts off access to them again. Galahad is An Asshole and Percival is the superior Grail Knight anyway🖕
As an aside, some of her vitriol towards Lancelot's womanizing ways comes from their fusion, but most of it is genuine.
