I think Nightingale would be fine so long as you follow her every bit of advice...also maybe make sure Asclepius is with you. Nightingale has a crush on him, well she has a crush on his medical skills and seems to listen to some degree when he gives her orders.

This is because they've only been mentioned like twice since the start of Part 2, and pretty much only Meuniere has gotten any screentime whatsoever. Yes, it's weird. Yes, the actual story canon is that they are with us.

They're not even new! -Laughs- They were mentioned at the start of Part 2, and only recently got actual faces. They actually have been here! ...Just, you know, basically never onscreen.
