Him and a few others are in charge of keeping things locked down tight there, yeah. Ritsuka's brain is a constant battlefield and they're aware of it as well. Mind you, even if one DID manage to break free and conjure itself in Ritsuka's bedroom....there's like 9 terrifying people in there? 20? More?

There is the "Frequently found in Master's bed trio" (Kiyo, Raikou, and Serenity), Qin Liangyu (who is supposedly there to protect from the trio), and Saber Shiki (who likes watching master sleep). This list is pretty dated and is probably a lot longer now
I forgot the dolls as well, Mini Cu, Viy, and Apollo

The dolls are now joined by Minimoto, the transformable cellphone terminal that Minamoto no Tametomo gave us for Valentines, that lets us fire a miniature version of his Moonlight Cannon our damn selves. (then it overheats for several hours, but that's a separate issue)
