Pressure regarding being compared to your siblings is seriously rough. I feel for Ota. I was always being compared to my younger sister because I had trouble being proactive about things I wasn't interested in and found relief from the racing thoughts in video games. Found out at 31 y/o when going through therapy, I've had ADHD the entire time. I've always been called lazy, a failure, someone who would never amount to anything, etc for the better part of 30 years and being told to be more like my "perfect" sister (who simply had good grades in high school but works as a hair stylist barely getting by with my parents help at 30 y/o). So yeah, don't compare people to their siblings (ESPECIALLY IF YOU'RE A PARENT!)
