While seeing the explanation of Compression Training I can understand why it would be so dangerous to perform alone or at all. You see Lactic Acid is what makes your muscles ache hard when coming back to exercise from doing nothing or while doing intense training that provokes your muscles to grow & expand. While regular or intense training accumulates Lactic Acid, compression training suggests that it can accumulate it even more to create better short term effects, but a much bigger risk to your cardiovascular system or the trained tissues. Imagine while doing a simple 15 lb dumbell training how strained you can feel while starting out/coming back to training, now picture that strain several times more intense that it can be considered "dangerous"
