This is a very naive, that is, shonen, understanding of power. When she submitted to the exam, she game up any power that she may have had. They are behind closed doors. They are there to rape her, literally, and she has allowed that. No bet or promise need be honored. She either needs to find a way to make her life useful to them again, or else assassinate or capture all of them. Anything else leads to her becoming a complete puppet. Sure it's exciting to have everything riding no our macho werewolf, but his actions are mute at this point. What she could have done is simply disappear in her own castle until they leave. It would mean war, but any solution that allows the three to live means war. In diplomatic circle, real power depends on who you can ally with, so that an attack becomes too dangerous or costly. Maybe ally with one of them immediately, to neutralize the other two, and then worry about getting out of a one-on-one instead of a three-on-one, or at least a two-on-two in case of war. This could have been played in lots of interesting ways. Submitting and making an "honorable bet" exists only in the mind of a child. The real world does NOT work that way.

Yeeaah, I don't know why she goes along with things to the extent that she does. There's also the fact that if she wasn't trying to hide that she's going to cuck our dude, he wouldn't have been stuck outside alone to be attacked by the assassins in the first place. Let dog boi get with human best girl; I'm sure he can still perform as a servant.
