Wait people keep saying the alien suit person is a man but is this not the same alien girl we saw in Chapter 182 who Saint Germaine apparently recruited? The destroyed suit we see in that chapter looks similar enough to the one shown in the "flash back" in this chapter.

Their motivations seem to be based on the fact that Okarun and the gang ruined their chances to get revenge on the alien master themselves. Also it would be weird if Saint Germaine recruited two aliens from opposing factions to help him out and the one currently fighting is unrelated to the one they literally just showed us.
