Author knows how to creatively bypass the plot armor preventing main character deaths. I kneel once more

because I can see when they start dating, the author wont know how to write lol
That's always what it seems like. It annoys me with this series though because there's a lot he could do with Momo and Okarun navigating a relationship while fighting monsters and craziness.

The possibilities are much better and more creative then this "let's introduce random plot elements to keep them apart every 20 or so chapters," thing. It's reached a point where it begins to feel kind of forced in a series that's so uncoventional.

Totally not important since this chapter it looks fine but I hate how Okarun's hair is drawn nowadays.

Like at the beginning it looked kinda cool, like an actual curly hairstyle. Now it looks like a rats nest, an uncombed mess, idk too much strains of hair all over the place I suppose.

My boy is due for a haircut

I suppose this is the kind of manga that's best enjoyed letting it accumulate

Where’s Seiko going? Why are Vamola and Jiji with her?

Edit: If anyone else is wondering CH 182 has the answer. They’re going to “Shimane” for the “Super Moon.” Seiko has a plan of sorts. I completely forgot about this.

What's unconventional about the series these days? I know it started as such, but IMHO for years now it's been a fairly predictable cliché-heavy shonen.

Love this manga to death. Aside from major/minor issues that will never be fixed (the fat kid and overall character bloat) the series has been great, except for this arc. The Saint guy just shows up literally out of nowhere at the end of the board game arc, then hes forced into the lime light in this arc. He's just a nothing villain and I can't stand all the dramatic irony that the author is obsessed with. When the characters blankly stare at each other because they don't know stuff we know it's fine but when they do it every time a normal author would throw them a bone it's just annoying. Him perverting and corrupting everyone around him is a cool idea but not when it's stretched out this far.

Also ps the character bloat I'm referring to is a minor issue. Some characters like the cop and friendly serpo are fantastic, others like the idol/class president, the fat kid, and even characters like aira or jiji just don't feel like they belong now. Instead of everyone going at once the author needs to select 4 or 5 for an arc and work with unorthodox groups to spice things up

page 10 :
a random guy is "mounting" the female teacher , lol .

now , i guess the cop has this hobby : patrolling the river , to save drown kids .

then the teacher hugs the cop : i love you , please take my virginity .

then the cop wins the fight , so now the teacher is his "spoils of war" . her booty is his booty , lol .

booty :
  • butt .
  • plunder taken from an enemy in time of war .

last page , last panel :
ugly main male and fat friend beated up a pretty boy , so now pretty boy is their "spoils of war" . his booty is their booty , lol .
they are dragging him into a love-hotel , lol .

about ugly main male and main girl , im not sure if the mangaka wants them to be together , or he wants to separate them apart .

in this arc , ugly main male is together with 3 other pretty girls .

and main girl is together with 2 pretty boys , and manjiro , and a punk boy , and an old boy .

i guess the mangaka loves netorare scenes .
