You're definitely reading an alternate version of the manga. Momo blushing at the question is because she's shy about expressing something she's never done with anyone before. In the Heiko Kashima chapter, someone who knows what's in Momo's heart uses that, and she is amazed, thinking that Okarun was confessing to her — she even questions him about it later. On the boardgame, she has already accepted his confession and wants to hear it again when they're in a truly intimate moment. When Okarun goes to pick her up from work, she waits for him, and when she thinks he won’t show up, she gets sad — and as soon as he appears, she makes an effort to hold hands with him...etc.etc.etc

As for Jiji, he gets punched several times when he crosses the line of what’s acceptable for a friendship. She agrees to sleep near Jiji because she's exhausted from the curse.

Yeah he's coping hard. They already promised each other, and it was only put on hold because she was shrunk.
BUT I can predict Jiji causing some drama by making a move on Momo if Okarun forgot Momo existed because of her curse. Even grandma forgot Momo so that's still possible.
