This chapter is kind of unintentionally (or maybe it's actually intentional?) lewd with Okarun and Momo in various "positions", combining their ki together to power up Okarun's "ogre club" until it reaches it's maximum size, which results in an explosion and Momo's leg shaking and unable to stand up in the aftermath.
The explosion doesn't seem to be because of Ogre Club's power, but rather it was because the giant Whale Alien ended up exploding as its body couldn't handle Earth's gravity.
Yeah, it’s a general “space whale” as concept reference, but I think its ultimate defeat is a nod to Hitchhiker’s. Two whales both done in by gravity.I wasn't sure if the alien was a reference to Star Trek 4 or Hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy but I can be open minded enough to think you can put two references into one thing and enjoy them both at the same time.
