I don't dislike it
I think it's more about how this arc has been dragged out a bit too long, and it became quite repetitive.
In contrast to others who think that Ayase's memory loss is a repetition of a bad trope, I personally think that she won't recover her memory, which would make it quite remarkable.

I think you're expecting way too much from a manga that's been awfully generic for a long time now. IMHO no way she doesn't get her memory back, in fact, I bet she'll get it back in the most cliché way possible, like when they kiss or someone is in mortal danger.
