I'd normally move to reading the manga, but there's a severe lack of manga translations...
Hoping for a season 2 at least 🤞
uh, thought kakizaki was simply holdin her laugh, and i like your thinking, if only ikeas had these kind of home appliances....A thicc blanket to keep him warm? Probably...
Honestly, I don't know what to write about this scene. I'll be with Sou here and ignore it.
I would say Kaede is barely holding herself together. Looking at the last panel, those "buru" sfx (represented by shiver marks around her) make it clear that she's actually close to losing it. This is normally used to express a character being shocked and shaken, either by cold (makes no sense here) or strong emotions like fear or anger. In this case I would say it's both as Kaede realizes how a single wrong move today will result in desaster.
Sou talking about "someone from Class D" would remind Kaede of Ruri and her dead eyes are giving it away. Kaede knows how Ruri is out for revenge and, seeing what unfolds before her, she has a reason to fear it. Ruri actually has a chance to succeed by doing nothing. Sou's words and actions are certain to drive the girls crazy - if she needed proof, here we go.
On a side note:
Suzuki must have meant Mikan - he definitely wouldn't call Ruri sane![]()
Personally like how all the comedy has clear set up to jokes. Its not just simping but instead the characters will make actually jokes like a classic straight man routine or the physical gags like this.I think what makes this author so entertaining to read and what makes me keep coming back is how extreme he goes. Everything is taken to the most exaggerated version of the joke.
Like, in comparison to the other gender ratio manga, which is just relying on the basic premise. The fun is the absolute depravity that every single character is drenched in, every character is a major simp. Like I could care less about the ecchi, I just find this shit funny.
You bet she is - but from the look on her face and those eyes it's probably a crazed one (because she snapped). I mean, Kaede wants to leave a good impression on Sou's family and act professional, but with the others going bonkers like that? Haha, yeah, not happening...uh, thought kakizaki was simply holdin her laugh,

say that again?Become the chair man
Nah, she just wanted to be the WHOLE chair (like Shalltear) but now she's relegated to just the armrest. The expression on Hana's face seems to imply to me that she is ALSO wondering how this happened, despite participating in this absurdity.
