Having seen the 1:39, I see what's wrong with this story: it makes no use of the 1:5 setting. Everything that's happened so far is completely plausible in the 1:1 world. The 1:39 is of course a joke setting and Kisa-sensei is taking it too far, but at least it delivers on the promise to show what would be different in a 1:39 world. But the 1:5 world is not different at all!
