It definitely still exists. Some familial companies marry each other to try and have a stable relationship in business, I've seen it myself.
You just can't FORCE the marriage. But most of the time the bride and groom they accept it as part of "family duty".

Page 20 second to last panel looks like "if we saw eachothers" should be "if you saw eachothers" (or "if you met up again") (i.e. if he meets his dream girl again he should at least have the experience to treat her well).

Wheres the harem tag? I've seen tons of stories with a harem tag that ends predictably with the mc choosing the first girl we see at the start of the story. This story doesn't seem that different, the new girl showing up indicates a love triangle situation that's always present in harem romcoms. Maybe this manga doesn't have the tag because its gonna show how the other girls have absolutely no chance?
