I don't think she's is necessarily making herself out to be a hero, she's just incredibly possessive. Thanks for the chapter!
But… did schale snipe themselves or was this an accidental double post haha
For the actual plot, man is this woman scary. Already making herself out to be the hero, can’t see this going any way good.
Hey, why are 5 girls slowly turning into Yandere now?
Mizuho is, in fact, the only normal girl. A bit of an over-the-top romantic, but still a refreshingly wholesome ray of sunshine surrounded by four clouds of varying derangement.Damn! It's like every single girl / woman in this universe is destined to be cartoonishly yet realistically unhinged and psychotic for a guy! The only normal girl that I can remember is the BFF of that college girl.
I've mentioned this in another thread, but the manga cut out an exchange from the web novel where Masato's guardian tells him to be careful of Seira because she's the kind of woman who might legitimately rape him.You know, Mr. Gutter Brain doesn't see the red flags. He ONLY sees opportunity here. Sure, throwing himself into crazy is a little dangerous and mom TOLD HIM NOT TO but ... what's life without a little terror.
Probably who hes gonna end up withDamn! It's like every single girl / woman in this universe is destined to be cartoonishly yet realistically unhinged and psychotic for a guy! The only normal girl that I can remember is the BFF of that college girl.
I do wonder how there are two of these 1:xx gender ratio series currently running, and though one is supposed to be unhinged humor and one "serious", they both fully rely on a male protagonist who seems almost willfully blind (to varying degrees) to the fact that they're fully in a world where they can't apply their old standards of social/cultural logic.I've mentioned this in another thread, but the manga cut out an exchange from the web novel where Masato's guardian tells him to be careful of Seira because she's the kind of woman who might legitimately rape him.
So yeah. He was warned alright.
Yeah, dudes can get very... guarddog-ish about girls they like, but this yandere (s)motherliness feels like a coiled snake in the grass, ready to lash out instead of just growling to get others to back off.she feels so fantastically unhinged. And in a way that I think feels believable, given the setting and context.
the background makes this look like a hentai quoteUh oh, they held hands

If the age and role are reversed everyone would call a bloody murder here
If the ages and roles were reversed, it'd probably be a shoujo or josei manga targeted towards girls and women who also like the idea of unhinged older suitors.Remember people. If the genders were reversed. We would all be thinking differently instead of, "IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME!!"
Go read a Shoujo or Josei, you'll find a million gender reversed examples of theseIf the age and role are reversed everyone would call a bloody murder here
