So his tolerance for aggression is pretty fucking high.

That's exactly the relationship dynamic they'll have. Until Yuka puts her foot down and forces him to see her as a girl with her relentless, physical advances. Even though he doesn't see her as a romantic interest because of their age difference, he's undeniably attracted to her and laments the fact that she turned him into a lolicon. And by "laments," I of course mean "continually puts himself in situations that will allow those advances while making no attempt to stop them."

tl;dr Yuka has the highest power level in the harem.

The series was already pretty off-putting in several ways, but this probably pushes it over the edge for me.

She is, and she's the most wholesome member by far. Basically a Cinderella story - she's looking for her Prince Charming without (entirely) realizing it's Masato. And the reason she doesn't realize it's him is actually adequately convincing.

But ironically enough it's Koumi who tells her not to do so, and who concocts a plan for the two of them to confess together and become the bottom bitches (read: highest ranking girlfriends) in the harem they know he'll inevitably build.
