Oof office lady got it down horrendous. Honestly the best case of one of the girls on here falling for him bc it's so realistic in why and how it started. Lonely woman thinking there's something real with a host at a club specifically for pretending and him unknowingly taking it to the next level. He's actually at fault for this one when the others r just him being normal.

Sadly a bad representation of what would actually will happen.
Not the worst simply surface level, seen some chinese or korean ones....well they were either just switched genders (lazy) or tried to make reversal world but many things were of our standard world that don't make any sense in the reverse world.

Why a bad representation? Males are 16.5% of the world population i.e. 1:5.
Even today in Europe for example average metric is like that - for every 105 males there 100 females. By age 40 trend reverses.
Even with such small difference women are more arrogant and demanding (as portrayed in this manga but IRL women i think are less extreme).
My point is European, US and some Asian women are already starting to act like in this manga. What does it mean?
It means that in 1:5 ratio there would be really crazy stuff happening.
Harems would be not an option but a male obligation in order to pacify unrest among women.
Strong lesbian movement (bi). (among women there are more gay/bi people)

Also women on average are far more willing to share a man than man willing to share a woman.
Even today i hear sentiments from women that they are willing to share a high earning man, men on the other hand would rather be poor guys with no woman than be one of the boyfriends(husbands) for a rich lady. (Not every guy but vast majority)

So this manga isn't bad per se but it is out of touch with many points here that it is seems completely artificial to me, like almost no brain power was involved in studying the causation of such phenomena. + Out all Japanese male population we once again get the one who is basically a incel. With his game or rather lack of it his chances of striking a girl are almost zero in our world instead teaching young Japanese males the correct behaviour for mating strategy they creating a world that is made for them.
And even a world made for them is too complicated for them to hook up with someone.

Not expecting much but at least some logic. What i wrote took me minutes to think up though i knew some studies and statistics before hand but they also do not require a lot of time to read or to understand.

It's simply beyond lazy (i wrote a lazy comment). It's like simple mathematics 2+2 = 3 (What i think author did here). Author knows the concept of gender dynamics + standard world building of manga/novel/anime = standard world building of manga/novel/anime + with a pinch of understanding about the concept of gender dynamics.

I'm not expecting Tolkien level of world building where he created an elven language but just a simple understanding of realities.
You create 20th century male prototype on steroids and you have already a somewhat more true representation of 1 to 5.
What author did in my opinion is just a gender reversal without taking his own title to mind i.e. 1 to 5 difference.

I like it but damn, I wish it wasn't a harem considering most of the girls are extreme in one way or another and it's a yandere minefield. Seira is especially crazy to the point I'm wondering if she's going to do something awful. Before reading I liked the look of Mizuho the most and sure enough she's my favourite, I'm glad that she seems to be the only relatively 'normal' girl without glaring flaws. Koumi is likable but has that clingy yandere vibe, Seira is an extreme yandere stalker weirdo, Yuka is just an infatuated kid and Shiori seems like just a horny teenager who daydreams a lot. I'm not sure why the author wanted to include all of these types in one manga but I don't really like where it's going. I doubt Masato will commit to one of them eventually so it'll probably be a vague harem ending. Still, I'll keep reading just for Mizuho and hope nothing bad happens to her again.

Why do these writers make gender role reverse worlds with ratios 1:5, or 1:39 and then have the world hardly change? IRL a ratio of just 1.5:1 completely changes how dating and marriage work. Russia and China have had gender ratio problems less than a tenth as bad, but the desperation matched or exceeded what some parts of these stories show... They should be way wilder with the worldbuilding!! Not just women catcalling or hitting on arrogant men, but instead sexist or dangerous women in the 3rd world trafficking men, cities in poor regions with almost no men, first world nations with men raised with bodyguards, and having desperate simps pay them for completely inane stuff. It's just way to uncreative and tame.

You know what's disturbing? This could really happen in the future a few hundred years or so. The Y gene is slowly fizzing out of existence. You know that it's the man's sperm that decides the gender of the child? If the man is stressed out all of the time, there's a huge chance that the baby will be a girl. In today's world, stress is a common occurrence especially towards men.

My example is within my family. I don't have a nephew, all nieces. 3 of them.
