Nah, almost every characters is annoying, some of them though, are annoyingly adorable. Even the MC obsession with yuri is very annoying, but as time goes on, I learnt to laugh at his "suffering".

Okay, I was annoyed by how the elves were forcefully intruding. I was honestly hoping that the Sanjo family would do something about them.

But if the elves are that much powerful, I can see why.

But then I gotta wonder, if an heir of Sanjo family can't even do anything against a bodyguard, how much significance does the Sanjo family even have.
The elf bodyguard really looked down on Rei without any worry, meaning the elves can probably wipe out the Sanjo family.
Yet, the Sanjo family also seemed cocky.

I am totally unable to empathize with the MC in any way, and that makes this a really tiresome read.

It's not just the fact that he speaks utterly shit-brained moronicy; every human has done this, regardless of gender and/or station.
I get that.
It's that he talks shit on one page, and then, on the very next page, he cannot believe that he is being treated like a shit talker.

Page 9 MC:
"Yor dumb, dur-hur-hur!"
Page 10 Also MC:
"Uh, why is she acting like I said she's dumb?!"

You can only be a certain amount of a fucking idiot before you are so stupid that you can't walk and eat at the same time... and this bro has plainly crossed that line in favor of stupidity.

I may not be the brightest bulb, but this guy is so unbelievably fucking dumb, it makes it difficult to even read the story.
