Just read through all the current chapters. This series is amazing. Funny as fuck, and pretty solid meta-commentary quips on cliches. The art is REALLY good too, the mangaka blends slightly chibi style in more playful panels seamlessly.

Pretty intense so far though. MC has actually almost died so many times and we’re only at chapter 10. I wonder if we’ll get numb to it the further the manga advances?

Thanks for the translation!

Astemil, by design, is best girl.

EDIT: Also, I just want to add, this is the kind of development I totally thought the Magical Explorer manga would go down, but this seems to be somehow doing it better? I guess with the hiatus, Magical Explorer kind of fell behind but, these both have been solid and fun plots in different directions, even given their slight similarities.

And how exactly isn't he dead? This trope is far too overdone too. Getting pretty tired of; one person getting continuously beat up, but by plot armour holds on, while we wait for one braindead character to switch their brain on and somehow everything turns out well in the end.
human body are surprisingly strong but weak, so this is possible

I remember 3 months ago thought this was cool, went and read the novel and lowk it kinda went downhill for me personally, not really allat like story development or cool stuff and there was that horrible school arc with the 3 way battle of the schools, yikes that was lowk ass, mostly cause it jus took too fucking long, likr a bloated parasite on a fish gill

So much this lmao

Ppl are acting as if it's entirely unrealistic but it's not, especially when you consider this world has magic and their bodies are naturally stronger than us (like those dudes are jumping several meters into the air and teleporting)

The cut on his chest is not instantly fatal if it misses the heart and arteries and the cut to his shoulder only immobilizes that arm, the shards were probably all shallow cuts too which you can ignore with enough willpower. Yeah his endurance and willpower are fucking crazy but not unrealistic at all, the unrealistic part is actually surviving after which can be explained with healing magic

I think you didn't read the chapter where he's literally been training his ass off and that was even before he started receiving ridiculous training from a cheat character. If you can't read just say so 😮‍💨

So in your head training means being able to walk off lethal wounds? He got a sword stabbed right through his body, one of his lungs are gone at the very least. The other stab was so stupid even the artist moved where he was hit.
But i guess as someone whose only ability seemingly is to insult people you would be incapable of noticing that.

You overestimate the lethality of his injuries tbh, I think that's the issue. "Training" for him has basically been him getting his ass beat meticulously by someone immensely stronger than his current foe with realistic intensity. That builds pain tolerance and endurance, not to mention it's literally his masters fight style. It's not "hit and don't get hit", it's "even if". Idk man, it makes sense to me and I consider myself a competent reader. If we disagree, I just have to assume you're not as good or something idk man 😂
