Let's follow this logic a bit: A good enough story doesn't need good art (Mob Psycho 100), so good art isn't needed. Therefore all manga should be poorly drawn.

And yet we often see manga praised for good art because it's nice to look at. It is theoretically possible to strip out all redeeming qualities of a work except for the story and still create something people enjoy, but calling them unneeded is only true in the most technical sense. Adding more good things to a good story makes for a better experience. This is something that's intuitive to literal children, so I can only assume you're a sodomite or a cuckold enviously whining that story elements that don't specifically appeal to you are allowed to exist.

That type of behavior is selfish, disgusting, and evil.
