I don't read yuri pretty much at all, but this has the twist, which makes this pretty much pseudo-yuri, so I might as well have a look. At the end of the day, for a hetero man, what the MC is doing is pretty much the only option, unless he chooses to never get into romantic relationships at all. Realistically the duke would marry off his daughter to the most politically advantageous partner, but this series universe ought to be a pretty scripted otome game one, so I wouldn't be surprised if political marriages didn't exist at all. After all, the player's efforts would be wasted if capturing targets was meaningless with everybody's parents deciding their marriages anyway.
