To answer the question!! Yeah, there certainly are, a lot, but is not really the same with someone that just happened to obtain a power that would eventually make them mad, because they don't have any choice on the matter. If you add to it that the power would just end up being transfered to someone else after it's current holder death, killing is not really a good first choice as that would never solve it.
