When did she say it wasn't marriage? The only thing she says is "what're you daydreaming about?" in response to him freaking out about being eaten like a praying mantis, but she calls it marriage at the end of the previous chapter and doesn't say anything in this one about it being anything other than marriage.“It’s not marriage”

Some series is made like this, made a bang in first few chapters and the world building will come later.Ik this only has 4 chaps but honestly they feel really weird, almost like they should have like 30 chaps before to explain like half the shit that's happening, am fine with some explanation after the fact but this has too much going on at once? Like too many questions consecutively to keep up
this a prologue like how they always show the big action before going to "Yup that's me, you probably wonder how i got here etc etc"Ik this only has 4 chaps but honestly they feel really weird, almost like they should have like 30 chaps before to explain like half the shit that's happening, am fine with some explanation after the fact but this has too much going on at once? Like too many questions consecutively to keep up
fr man, the fuckin mangaka decided to speedrun like 15 chapters of development in 4The pacing is wack. The series barely started and it already feels rushed
Considering the Vampire is a girl he know's already it would make less sense for him to not have reservations about just letting her get snuffed. The only thing I'm finding off putting is the soft mc. I'm not saying he should go around killing everything. Just do it when necessary or self defense.
