It’s such a sour note, for an ML, to start on imo. He’s not required to save her as he was basically just a fly on the wall most of the time, but this loop has such a shallow reason for him to be interested in her. I can’t see myself rooting for him even if he’s revealed to be the one causing the loop cause they’re destined to be together or whatever.
