To be totally honest Magic in this universe seems completely fucking useless. Why would you want to stand still for 3-5 seconds if you cant even block a physical attack? That ripper guy has the right idea, except he should just throw a knife at them. What are they gonna do? They dont seem to have any idea how to actually defend against it.

Kinda disapointing actually. Feels like its gonna be one of those manga which are really embarrassed about having a cool edgy insert boy MC so they just stuck a girl as the MC whos main job is to look a how cool and edgy he is for being really weak but still being super strong!
