Even as a harem fantasy world, it's a pretty boring wish fulfillment type of story. Pacing is all over the place, characters are 2d, nothing make much sense. You read it more like a random h*ntai.

Take it easy, don't rush, divide the tasks and don't overload yourself with doing everything

This might be good, but reaching chapter 5 and seeing "Machine translated" on the first page and then seeing that same group name on every chapter up until the last few, really makes it hard to want to even bother continuing.
