It's on both of them honestly. Agawa encouraged him to see other people, even though she knew he was in love with her. It's obvious she uses sex as coping mechanism for some underlying fear or trauma. Gotou on the other hand got so caught up in matching her pace he drowned himself in lust so much he lost himself.

I wish people would stop crying about one character like both these horny ass people don't think about anything but sex.They both have issues and both deserve some consequences simple as that.All the time these characters were separate and neither of them really change for the better.

This, but the problem with this story is that the time spent with Agawa has been small, worthless, and had no real conflict or introspection.
After fucking whole school she found someone who saw her as more than a sex object, she treated him like another random dude and went on to go fuck around with more people even though he said he loved her. He got close to 2 girls who were there to support him and now she's not getting the vibe? Did she want him to stay a simp who follows her like a puppy? Now to feel the vibe she'll go and fuck that sports club guy. Just leave her, he already has Akito.
Did you skip previous chapters? She told him to get more girls. Left him alone, fucked her other friends whole summer without even bothering to see how he's been and only contacted him because other guys weren't able to statisfy her. He was just using him like a dildo

On another note though. I think she misses his genuine feelings of love for her. Something that I believe she doesn't deserve for leading him on.
He should just choose Akito and be done with this. Tone down the smug and be more balanced.
It won't happen though, since I feel that the author wants to redeem both of them. Dragging our boy down to her level was the authors way of having them better connect and work to raise each other up.
In some ways it's poetic. In some ways it's shitty. Overall though, it's damn painful to see.

Gotou really messed up here because this whole sex scene was 99% about stroking his own ego and thinking about how he had sex with other girls instead focusing on girl he was burying his duck into.
