Agawa is literally the worst girl in her own manga, I would say Akito is best girl, her friends that existed at the beginning of this manga but dissapeared entirely were loyal to their boyfriends so they're better, even the president who is likely as big of a thot as Agawa if not bigger is better. The only thing Agawa provides in a relationship is sex and being friendly, every other girl brings that too. A satisfying conclusion would be Gotou realising that he liked the idea of her more than the reality and settling down with any of the other girls.

If he was a experienced and capable storyteller I might go with the later, but considering what a plucky amateur our boy is, perhaps he actually does think that the audience is going to appreciate Agawa abruptly re-entering Gotou’s life after not being there for him.

It’s pretty funny when you stop to think that Agawa’s body count has already gone past 300 (being super conservative here), and when she finally met someone different, someone with feelings, and tried to build a genuine connection, she just triggered a defense mechanism by encouraging him to be like all the others. Then, when he actually became that, she suddenly didn’t like our boy anymore. Man, it’s so obvious what’s going on. She really did feel something for him, but thought she could find it in someone else because she couldn’t stand the idea of actually loving someone. What would be cool is if we got an arc where they really talk things out directly, but I doubt either Gotou or Agawa are mature enough for that
