Okay here’s chapter 84’s summary

Spoiler: Summary

We open up on some of the male characters engaging in some observational humour over the fact that their class’s cultural festival project (“make a diagram of the school building”) is super boring and things like maid cafes only happen in old anime.

They also take note of Gotou’s incredibly manic state. Gotou himself rants some nonsense to them before seeing Agawa in the class and beating a hasty retreat to the student council room.

He runs into Shigechi in the hallway and this leads into a conversation about what happened last chapter

The jist is:

• Gotou outright says “Agawa likes girls now”
• Shigechi isn’t actually shocked by the news (“She’s done it before”) and knows that she’s doing Erika (“always had that yuri vibe about her”)
• Gotou is seemingly impressed and thinks to himself “she really can do it with anyone”
• Shigechi then says it was probably for the best that he didn’t talk to Agawa after all
• Gotou is quite offended by the assertion
• Shigechi in her defense asks if he was actually serious when he said that “he loves them all”.
• Gotou meekly states that “Akito and pres accepted the proposition”

-Shigechi then says that those two are just humouring him and that if he told Agawa that she’d “hate him for sure”.

Gotou begins to cry and Shigechi seems embarrassed that she’s apparently hurt his feelings.
“Day 1 of the cultural festival” is what the last panel says

Well If I had to take a guess we definitely aren't getting the hentai version ending at all now I don't think super even knows how it's gonna end either. How many chapters now has it been since gotou and agawa had any real interaction with each other anyway?

Pretty much she already hates him if we consider the "all men are limp dicks" wasn't a misandristic remark, but an indirect towards Gotou.

Also Shigechi doesn't seem embarassed for hurting his feelings she felt disgusted at how unmanly he reacted at her remark.

But if she felt embarassed then it would lead to Shigemi confronting Agawa about Gotou's situation.

I’m not sure it’s disgust either, but it is worthy to note that she did say something very similar to what Agawa said to him; that Akito and Shiina’s affections for him are insincere.
