There’s some tension building up with someone with a tray of snacks approaching a door but for all we know it’s just a fake out.

Maybe it's just me, but isn't this development kinda... rushed? We weren't even 3 chapters in and Gotou already bang'd his teacher. Sasuga Super, he just wanted to draw an SS sex scene.

That someone may be Gotou's mom wanting to attend Kiyomi. Doubt it's Akito, even if she may know where Gotou lives. And it's impossible af Agawa knows Gotou's address.

Sex can come fast for an experienced coomer like Gotou. And obviously there’ll be some fallout for this, but we’ll just have to wait for more chapters, because clearly Agawa’s being hidden in the wings for some reason.

Yeah I also went and read all 94 chapters of Sasha-chan, and boy @arcosapphire had zero right to shit on Daredemo and Takeda Super as hard as he did when that’s what he heartily recommends instead. To me it was more like an extremely unhappy middle ground between something like Daredemo and more genuinely cute and tastefully lewd stuff like Nagatoro or Sono Bisque Dolls, the tone of that manga’s all over the damn place, and the NTR fan service stuff mostly detracts from the heartwarming character moments that I actually really liked.
And I’m sorry, Daredemo’s heroines come out of nowhere with zero reason to like the MC? Forget Russia, Sasha may as well have come from the fucking moon or the manic pixie kingdom considering both her characterisation and relationship with the MC who is even more of an unappealing loser than Gotou, and that’s saying something.
All in all, sure, Sasha-chan is not without merit and it is admittedly quite interesting from a meta textual perspective, but you’re out of your mind if you think it’s vastly superior to Daredemo when at best it’s around equivalent; and in my evaluation significantly rougher. Also yes, definitely better drawn though.

The moment I saw the Sasha recommendation I was baffled. Especially for what he criticized this manga for doing. Early Sasha read like a fairly “tame” rom-com between two lewd children. Everything changed when the author decided that that wasn’t enough and H-Sasha and manga Sasha needed to be more alike, hence he pivoted that direction.

That’s the exact same thing he complains this manga did, but in the opposite direction. Now, you and others point out fairly well why his initial interpretation might be wrong, but that still leaves his initial one, the reason why he liked it at first, in a weird area because that’s the reason a lot of others actively dislike Sasha, because there the tone ACTUALLY changed.

I’d argue the reason he likes it has nothing to do with the “tonal shift” and more so because the subject matter is something he is into: slutty girl with a “normal” guy, because that’s what Sasha turned into after like 40ish chapters.
