In this chapter it's said that the Baseball dude is good at sex (That's why she didn't permanently block him), yet she still rejected him just to have sex with MC, someone who, in this same CH, was said that could possibly have a small dick, and might suck at the deed.

So why did she prefer to go with the possibly small-dick virgin that might suck, instead of the Baseball dude that she already knew was good at sex? I think your misunderstanding is the idea that, because FMC got hooked to MC's dick, she would drop others for him, when in reality, even if MC is a beast at sex, he's probably just "an amazing sex friend" in her long list of (at the very least 52) sex friends.
