I picked this up when it came out, and forgot about it for a while. I wanted to see how the wholesome relationship that was developing when I left turned out, and came back to this.

I read the early chapters on a different site. There's ~30 chapters of bait, and then it switched into whatever the fuck it is now. All of the character development that was happening was undercut, the original story line is nowhere to be seen, and it's less a raunchy romcom and more an ntr porn/gag manga. It's pretty garbage from the perspective of someone who remembered the manga fondly. 🤷‍♂️

Well there was a short stories that already ended long ago, same drawing style, character, same ntr but no harem. I think the plot will be the same too in the end, still going for the fmc eventho she already with someone else and fight for it.

people getting mad that the story moved away from cuck shit is very funny. like it's not as if that was an original story anyway japan has pumped out dozens and dozens of cuck stories where the mc eventually 'saves' the fmc and they find their true love(this was the plot of the doujin this story is based on). there's nothing new that this story was doing anyway. a story that starts by a guy being a purity cuck and ends in the mc making a harem is relatively different. also subjectively i'd say that the comedy is more tonally consistent now that it's more absurdist overall.

that would be because the author took the story in two routes. the other route is also on the site, though not sure if it got hit too, where it comes to an end with them together. this is the timeline where things followed a more open path.

Holy hell what a shit show of a story. MC is a spineless cuck, can't make a decision worth shit, the fmc rarely appears anymore (thankfully) and all the other girls are all manipulative whores, as is mc and fmc themselves. Teacher heroine is a groomer sure but has (very ironically) been the single most genuine character introduced so far and then mc goes and not only sexually cucks her but also screams about marrying someone else while doing so. At first this story pissed me off but I quickly realized the story is so god awful that it wraps back around to being amusing. One cannot possibly take this story seriously, and attempting to do so will ruin all prospect of enjoying it outright.
