I'm not so sure the text is entirely gibberish, though it's too early to tell. There seems to be at least some kind of pattern with "u" sounds.
First two characters よう (you) ends in a "N:".
Second set やく (yaku) ends in a "y:C"
Third set 見つ (mitsu) ends in "R:C"
The fourth set けた (keta) doesn't end in a "u" sound and is completely different.
Last line 黒魔法(in this case read daaku aatsu) ends in "r:C"
When it ends in just the "u" sound it has ":" with no "C" afterwards, but every other instance of the u sound has a ":C". In the case of "tsu", the ending is either "R:C" or "r:C". This may imply that the first word has a harder R sound than the second, but it's interesting that they're both on the "tsu".
Also interesting that "D:Orca" is very similar to "Dark", just with an extra 'a' at the end and an 'o' instead of an 'a'.
I'm banking on this just being coincidence though.
