Chapter 83
I'll begin this chapter's comment with some explanations:
D-Temple Ghost
I don't know if
@Kredim is relying on AI or what, but on Page 16 they missed the Narrator describing her as a 真の超能力者 /
shin no chounoryoku-sha , AKA "true Esper".
Similarly, while her "Divine Power" isn't exactly incorrect for
jintsuuriki / 神通力 , it's exact meaning is far more akin to ESP. Heck, English Pokemon has this translated as the Psychic move "Extrasensory", which is also apt because "god-communion power" originated from ancient belief communion with the gods lets you perform clairvoyance, telepathy, etc.
In parts of this chapter, it's alternatively described as "superpower" /
inou / 異能 too
In short, she's a Ghost/Psychic type with two skillsets, natural-born psychic powers (including psychokinesis) and learnt spiritualist techniques requiring handsigns (which the Narrator constantly says
resembles those used by the Onmyouji but not actually Onmyouji techniques)
The Warrior
Sheesh, his title is bouncing back and forth. May I suggest something for consistency's sake?
- 天外救世權現 - "Heavens-Exceeding Salvation Gongen", with "Salvation Gongen" for the shorthand 救世權現 throughout the chapter?
- "Heavens-Exceeding" for 天外, comes from Page 15 where 天上の理の外にいる 『極みの業」である more accurately translates to "A 'Supreme Technique' that exceeds/exists outside the logic of the heavens."
Pretty apt for how he's described as "released" / 解放 from the laws of physics on Page 13 too.
Incidentally, his quickdraw technique being "Retro-speed" / 逆速 (Page 14) is an entirely made-up term, meant to contrast the conventional God-speed / 神速 (Page 12)

But for all my criticism, appreciate you getting this chapter out.
Onto the chapter itself. One nitpick, 95% of it is "voiced" by the Narrator. I mean, I had a feeling that'd be the case with the whole squad knocked out and someone had to explain ghost phenomena in Yayoi's place, but still... I really must wonder what the anime experience will be like.
But that's all, this chapter ruled. This is what Dark Gathering is all about, siccing the curse you suffered back onto the next enemy.
Especially so for this enemy, she's got so much backup tricks that if I didn't know this is the Salvation Gongen's big debut and showcase I'd be supremely annoyed. Granted the idea of an ancient esper born in an era where "esper" isn't a term is pretty cool and there is a precedent of sorts with Black Asura and his Ghost/Psychic typing, but it was getting a bit much.
After seeing the squad get toyed with so badly last time, it's just really satisfying to see this ghost and her dumb psychokinesis get pulverised by plain simple overwhelming brute force. Smart, clinical overwhelming brute force at that too.
While it looks bad for Yayoi, somehow I think it'd work out. Heck, they need Salvation Gongen to help with removing Ai's Tanden from inside Eiko anyway.

P.S. Did I mention the Gongen's summoning is like second only to the New Emperor's Mega Evolution? It's at the level of a Final Fantasy summon. Little wonder that
Kondo-sensei himself said this was his toughest chapter art-wise up to now (last time he said this, it was Oiran's debut)
Also, congrats to
