Looks like your wish has partly been granted. But I do wonder if each chapter is 44+ pages long because the chapters translate is 23 pages and it marked as 1.1 so therefore there must be a 1.2. It’s kind of rare to see monthly manga series to have such mega length chapters, the only two mangas that also push 40 pages each chapter are Oukoku No Ko and That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime, the the latter is based upon the light novel of the same name.

I can't tell you if they're splitting the chapters, but I know that the staff does a good job, I've read some manga that they've translated and I liked it a lot. now about the manga, as the author is a new mangaka and it's also being serialized monthly, it's from the same magazine as Skip to loafer and Vinland saga.
