Well this whole time I thought they'd been projected forward in time or alt-dimensioned, but what if it was the island that was transported into their timeline?
@DeusVult
In Ch. 39 it was mentioned that the U.S. met those gorilla creatures a month ago at Colombia. And in ch. 47 the detective shows Ravens' members real-time video of the island.
So yeah, they're not actually time leap, although that doesn't explain why some parts of (perhaps) future japan transported there.
(If those parts really from future, I wonder why they didn't bother to fix the Moyai statue...)
Wow, I didn't expect that Kanehira is truly an honest man. I've always seen him more as the cliche business man who would put himself before others, but he clearly was protecting the other dude and asked him to run. Damn respect.
So only Japan is wrecked. The US is sending army to interfere. The timeline is still a mess though, these military facilities don't seems to be of 2 centuries later.
You know I usually hate it when the MC turns down cute girls because they are betas, but for KAname it makes sense. He has to leave when the game is over. Hopefully there will be a way for him to see them again.
