I don't understand the concept of vigilante has enemies other than the bad guy

I mean i don't fucking care if some group do the good deeds that the police and government did not, yet there's still prick like that journalist (?) who only care about attention of his articles

But vigilantes always have "enemies" other than the bad guy. Batman always hated the law(yers) and sure stayed the hell away from them when he's doing his thing at night. I'd imagine personal injury lawyers and civil lawsuits towards Bruce Wayne would be through the roof even if he tries to get by with "good samaritan" laws. Plus can you imagine what would happen if Batman was "deputized" to be a police/Law enforcement officer? :dogkek:
Hell, any time a person or group acts on "principle" (personal or religious) over a "nation-state defined lawful orders" to carry out acts of compassion or vengence is a vigilante. If said individuals die in "chasing their dream", they become "martyrs" for whatever the hell of a (lost) cause they followed. Maybe that can explain why I find batman to be depressing the older I get. :fml:

Organized Religion groups that tells their believers/followers who the "enemies" are is the biggest vigilante group out there and my goodness, there are people who absolutely gobble that shit up. They also make up a good chunk of the voter base, so they have that going for them.

Of course those are just my cynical takes in my 35+ years of life and internet.

"Pricks" like that who only care about the attention of his articles are pretty common; just think of all the zoomers (<=25 crowd as of 2026) that really wants their trash to go "viral" and become an influencer and the self-esteem boost. Except that journalist(?) is probably some 40-50yrs+ Gen X-er. These people don't care about "good" or "evil"; they just want attention for the things they do and get paid for it. And journalism is was supposedly a more respectable profession than "influencing". Nowadays though everyone seems to have an agenda and isn't/doesn't actually act in the interest of "the people" or "people like me".

In the previous chapter's comments, my critique of the poor translation wasn't taken seriously. This chapter is no different. Take a look at the following:

Page 8:
The same text is used twice in two speech bubbles.
Page 11:
The journalist uses male pronouns when talking about Reiko.
Page 12:
It says "World Fixer Rider" while in previous chapters the guy was known as "Rider who sets things right".

This, plus the fact that the text size is inconsistent, leads me to believe that this is a poor MTL. Either do it properly or not at all.
