Saitama vs Jiren, now that's a fight. Another good one is Saitama vs Kid Buu, because kid buu constantly gets stronger, and Saitama has no actual finisher, but he has no limiter either. So theoretically the battle could continue with Kid Buu slowly catching up to Saitama, and thus forcing Saitama to slowly become stronger
