Well from the end part, it seems Ontan and Kadode survived in the original timeline and somehow managed to visit the new timeline to leave the Isobeyan manga..

But still, imo after following the father to the new peaceful timeline which really is unrelated to the original casts, they should've switched back to the OG timeline and show us what happens instead of just infering :\

They just leave so many plots and characters fate unresolved, and the ending just left me unsatisfied lol.

Though I wonder why the new timeline doesn't have Isobeyan. And still wondering why the aliens are childlike in appearance.

I have a lot of questions late the anime and the manga doesnt resolve them,

• What happened with Isobeyan serialization, who changed it
• Ontan is using her twintails, then something happened
• Who are the second aliens with antimatter bubbles and why is sync with the mothership explotion
• The self defense lied about their death only to father time travel
• Oda x Ontan? If Ontan survived, I want more of this ship
• how Ontan and kadode traveled to the past, if the time machine only send memories, the new version can send materia (manga)
• Whats mean hanya? Ontan or was a baby sending a message?

There isnt plat holes, only a bigger mistery

I'm not going to leave much of a review, I agree about the positives (art, characterizations, storytelling) and abhor the direction the manga went in after the time travel nonsense. It's clear Asano was forced to whip up a rushed ending and as such a lot of plot threads go unresolved. While it didn't feel like a huge waste of time, since his manga aren't too long, it's disappointing how abrupt and unclimactic the ending was.

I believe the new time machines can send whole peoples. We hear Kadode and Oran talk about how they can't get in contact because it would fuck things up but they can't be seen, probably because they are using the invisible cloaks or something like those.

To me it's pretty clear that Kadode and Oran survived and came to visit the happy timeline, they didn't just send an Isobeyan volume.
