That's definitely who we're supposed to think, after Machiya's last line. Whether it's true, I'm not convinced yet, it'd be super lazy writing to make it so obvious so early, but the writing has been all over the place the last two arcs.

What I wanna know is why even draw Machiya on the "who is the traitor?!" page, like, that type of page is for the audience, not for the characters. The audience knows at least he and Shinobu are not traitors.

Yeah seems fairly obvious it's the little sister of Shinobu. I think even despite the "twist" being obvious the lead up and subsequent betrayal will still be a decent narrative hook because they'll have to hand wave some explanation on how she came into contact with the Yakuza assholes and why she decided to go along with it.

Going by precedent this manga has set up before it's probably something stupid and needlessly edgy like she wanted financial freedom from Shinobu and secretly hates him for one reason or another. Also the gratuitous sex/drug induced rape scene at the end of this chapter (can't go too long without showing sexual assault after all) maybe they'll do some stupid excuse like she's become addicted to drugs and the Yakuza is her only supplier. Machiya line about her having "potential" usually describes someone who is really good at "acting" since he views everything in terms of roles in a movie. Machiya had the same feeling about previous characters we've seen who ended up betraying the person they "loved" only to reveal themselves to be degenerates with really dumb reasonings for gut punching their partners.

At the very least we know it isn't Shinobu, Machiya, or Mai and it isn't likely to be T.O. or obviously the old guy which leaves only Neneko (unlikely since they wanted her dead to begin with), Shinobu's little sister, and the two random guys who we haven't really had any development for. Specifically because we haven't had any development for them it wouldn't' have any impact for one of them to be the mole so that only leaves Shinobu's little sister.
