Does coming in with a parachute mean or referring something else? Or is it just literally mean flying to the company with a parachute?

@Coffee_Bean there’s prob a Korean word that sounds similar but means something completely different. It just doesn’t translate well into English. 🤷‍♀️

Wow, this company is a mess. They don't train anyone, they make the intern do everything, everyone's trying to get into the Director's pants, and they all have a terrible personalities.

@Coffee_Bean @Birdulon Yes, parachute is a term referring to getting a job position through connections rather than abilities/experience. It's considered especially despicable in South Korea considering how competitive the job market is.

Man, is this going to be like this all the time?. What a mess of a company, I'm starting to doubt if I should keep reading this.

Yes! We’re sorry for not including in the chapter what the term ‘parachute’ was referring to! Thankfully you have it all figured out by yourselves. <3

Not only is the company a mess, the MC doesn’t even have the common sense to think of the possibility that someone who even had the gall to emphasize their name would have the background to back it, especially while she knows nothing about the company. She even complains instead of at least mulling over her mistake.
